We are excited to announce the NSBA Young Director Bootcamp, which will take place on July 11th at Horizon Middle School in Kearney, NE.
This event is a fantastic opportunity for college students and young band directors to learn and connect. There is no cost to attend, and lunch will be provided.
The bootcamp will feature engaging sessions on a variety of topics essential for success, including:
* From practice pads to performance stages: building & keeping the next generation of band musicians
* Mental health and longevity in a career based in the public eye
* Working with your administration and Classroom Management Strategies
* Instrument Repair
* A Question and Answer session with NSBA Board members
