Emiley Bond is a graduate of Pawnee City High School and the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  Her teaching experience includes 3 years at Loup City Public School and 8 years of creating and building the Lincoln Home School Band program, and she has been at Lincoln Christian School since 2008.

   At Lincoln Christian, Emiley teaches 5th Grade Band, 6th Grade Band, Junior High Band and Jazz Band, High School Band and Jazz Band, and oversees the school’s Worship Team.  She has also worked to build the school’s first ever marching band and drum line.

   Emiley has been an active clinician and adjudicator and loves to spend time investing in and encouraging younger band directors and student teachers.  She is currently the administrator of Nebraska’s Class C All State Jazz Band and is a member of NMEA, NAfME, and NSBA.

   Emiley and her husband Bruce have 3 children:  Amanda who plays trumpet and piano, Alex who plays saxophone and guitar, and Andrew who plays trombone and tuba (or whatever the band is short of that year).  They have a dog named Molly who howls along while they practice at home.
