Bryan Regier is in his 14th year of teaching and is currently teaching at Archbishop Bergan Catholic High School in Fremont.  His teaching assignment includes High School Band, Junior High Band, Beginning Band, “Changing Times” High School Choir, Junior High Choir, and Elementary Music.

Previous to moving to Bergan, he taught at McCook High School for 6 years, 2 years Bridgeport High School, 2 years Arcadia High School, and his first 2 years were at Rushville High School.

Bands under his direction have performed at the Washington Monument 150th Anniversary Celebration (1996), at the Cotton Bowl (2002 & 2004), World’s of Fun (2006), and Disney World (2007).

He received his BME in 1992 from Tabor College in Hillsboro, KS, and a MM in 2000 from UNK.

Mr. R J Metteer has been the Director of Band at Southeast High School since the 1995-1996 school year. He received a Masters of Music Education in August of 1999 from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and a Bachelors of Arts in Education from Wayne State College in May of 1990. Prior to coming to Southeast High School he attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas as a graduate teaching assistant for the 1994 - 1995 school year. From the fall of 1990 until the spring of 1994 he taught instrumental music in the Lenox Community Schools. Mr. Metteer is a certified adjudicator for the Iowa High School Music Association and active clinician/conductor. He is a member of the Nebraska Bandmasters Association and is the Concert Band Affairs chair. He is a member of the Nebraska Music Educators Conference and Lincoln Education Association.
